Groovin' Gourmets, the catering division of Trolley Hospitality Companies in Richmond, VA, is hiring for a full-time kitchen support role. The position emphasizes a great schedule (Thursday–Monday, 6:00–2:00 PM), with duties including dishwashing, waste management, and surface cleaning to keep kitchens orderly and efficient.

You will work in a fast-paced team, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to delivering happiness to clients.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling waste and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs as part of routine tasks.
• Commitment to food safety procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash bins and remove waste from floors and surfaces, separate recyclables and dispose of grease.
• Operate the commercial grade dishwasher and related equipment.
• Manually clean various surfaces, scrub debris from pots, wipe down equipment.
• Provide additional support to kitchen staff as needed.
