Groovin' Gourmets, the catering division of Trolley Hospitality Companies in Richmond, VA, is seeking a part-time culinary team member for fast-paced, guest-facing events. You will unload, set up, plate, and engage with guests at live action stations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in catering or banquet.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-focused with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload and set up kitchen prep areas before service.
• Create visually appealing food stations and plates.
• Present dishes at live action stations and engage with guests.
• Collaborate with the catering team for smooth service.
• Break down and clean prep areas after events.
