Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow procedures/recipes.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios.
• Ability to interpret instructions from managers.
• Must obtain and maintain a food handlers' certificate.

Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Operate dishwasher and monitor water temperatures.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen surfaces and floors.
• Carry out trash and store groceries safely.
• Leave the kitchen clean and sanitary and assist when called upon.
