Burtons Grill of Boca Raton is seeking a part-time Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain quality and safety standards, and promote teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with management and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service, follow recipes, uphold cleanliness, and train staff. The ideal candidate shows strong leadership and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
