Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or 5 years supervisory kitchen experience and Serv Safe Certification.
• Minimum of 5 years total food service cooking experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with food service software systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and Chef Manager in daily food production.
• Ensure food quality and adherence to standard recipes and production methods.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices following VDS guidelines.
• Oversee inventory, production schedules, and staff training.
