Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and produce items as assigned by the chef.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and presentation.
• Record and maintain food production records.
• Gather ingredients for production and ensure portion sizes meet standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workspace.
