Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor in Concord, MA to lead daily kitchen and dining services, ensuring nutritious meals are prepared and served in a safe, clean, welcoming environment. The role requires prior food service or kitchen supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a dedication to high-quality dining for clients and staff.

• Experience in food service or kitchen operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred; training may be available.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen and dining services staff
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and help ensure meals are prepared and served according to established schedules and dietary requirements
• Assist with scheduling, training, and day-to-day coordination of dining services staff
• Prepare, cook, and serve meals as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient kitchen and dining environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor food and equipment temperatures and ensure required documentation is completed
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, rotating, and properly storing food and supplies
• Address operational needs and support the team in maintaining a positive and efficient dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Kitchen Supervisor - Full-Time | Concord, MA

In this leadership role, you will oversee daily kitchen and dining services operations while helping ensure clients receive nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with food service experience who enjoys leading a team, staying organized, and making a meaningful impact.

Position Details:

• Employment Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: Full-time schedule with rotating weekends
• Pay: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support kitchen and dining services staff
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and help ensure meals are prepared and served according to established schedules and dietary requirements
