Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of food prep or related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and review temperature logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Participate in meal preparation and serving.
• Direct inmates in using recipes and train on cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain security policies and secure storage areas.
• Assist in inventory, receipt, and storage of food items.
