Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of food prep or related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact with inmates and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Aramark guidelines for production and temperature logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely and compliant meal service and adherence to Aramark guidelines.
• Train inmates on recipes and proper cooking procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements are fulfilled.
• Obtain accurate daily population counts and review with staff.
• Follow security policies and HACCP procedures.
