Job summary

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor in Anaheim, CA for Centrico and Tiendita. The role can be full-time or part-time and involves supervising food prep, maintaining quality and sanitation, and managing costs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates have at least two years in line cooking or supervisory roles, strong leadership communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while ensuring high standards. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Capacity to communicate effectively in a leadership role.
• Attentive and detailed oriented with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation maintaining quality, presentation, and sanitation standards.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning and that walk-ins/freezers are clean and organized.
• Maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed.
