Kalahari Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Kitchen Manager with daily operations, including food purchasing, preparation, and maintaining quality standards. You will train staff and ensure sanitation, portion control, and cost management are implemented consistently.

You are expected to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead with a positive attitude, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our resort properties.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, supervisory and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate large group activities.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Strong listening and communication with associates, supervisors and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Kitchen Manager in all kitchen functions including food purchasing and preparation.
• Maintain quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness.
• Train associates in cooking methods, presentation, portion control and cost controls.
• Support overall kitchen operations and maintain a positive guest experience.
