We are seeking an organized and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen while ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and efficient service. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supervising kitchen staff, maintaining operational standards, supporting inventory management, and ensuring all food is prepared according to restaurant recipes and quality expectations. This position works closely with the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and culinary team to provide an exceptional dining experience.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are expected to fluctuate based on the operating hours of the restaurant and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position operates in a professional restaurant kitchen environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee regularly stands, walks, bends, stoops, reaches, lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls up to 50 pounds. Frequent use of kitchen equipment, knives, ovens, grills, fryers, and other food preparation equipment is required.
The employee is regularly exposed to hot surfaces, open flames, refrigerated storage areas, wet floors, cleaning chemicals, and other typical kitchen conditions. Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and management are essential.
