Job summary

Family Entertainment Group (FEG) is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee day-to-day culinary operations, ensure high-quality food, and deliver exceptional guest service at one of our centers.

You will lead and develop the kitchen team, maintain food safety, manage labor and costs, and support restaurant success while upholding FEG's standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
• ServSafe®, HACCP, or other food safety certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining kitchen team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or company leadership.

Position Summary

The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day culinary operations to ensure high‑quality food, exceptional guest service, and efficient kitchen performance. This role leads and develops the kitchen team, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages labor and food costs, and supports the overall success of the restaurant while upholding Family Entertainment Group's operational and service standards.
