Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food, great guest service, and efficient performance in our Missouri venues. You will lead and develop the kitchen team, manage labor and costs, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate with management to deliver consistent experiences for guests and families.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining high service standards.
  • ServSafe®, HACCP, or other food safety certification preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high food quality and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining kitchen team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or company leadership.

Position Summary

The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the day-to-day culinary operations to ensure high-quality food, exceptional guest service, and efficient kitchen performance. This role leads and develops the kitchen team, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, manages labor and food costs, and supports the overall success of the restaurant while upholding Family Entertainment Group's operational and service standards.
