As a Kitchen Supervisor you'll:
    Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a top-performing team of associates dedicated to excellent back-of-house operations.
    Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
    Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
    Provide your team with the tools and resources needed for outstanding performance, including ongoing training and support.
    Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
    Uphold DashInBrand Standards, ensuringhigh levelsof cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
    Maintain effective communication with the BOH Managerregardinginventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance.
    Complete assigned tasks as directed by the BOH Manager and ensuretimelyexecution of daily operations.
We are looking for candidates who have:
    Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment.
    High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
    Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
    Comfortable using technology, including inventory management software.
    Strong focus on providing exceptional team leadership and support.
    ActiveServSafeCertification (a plus).
