THE SHACK BREAKFAST AND LUNCH in Lee's Summit, MO seeks a dependable kitchen helper to support daily operations. You will wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary, rotate dishes to reduce wear, and assist prep cooks during peak times.

You must follow sanitation policies at all times, perform opening and closing side work, clean up spills or broken glassware immediately, and report any sanitation or janitorial issues to the appropriate party.

Responsibilities

• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
• Perform opening, closing and side work
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
• Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party
