THE SHACK BREAKFAST AND LUNCH is seeking a kitchen support role focused on dishwashing, sanitation, and general opening/closing duties. The role involves cleaning glassware, maintaining tidy stations, and assisting prep staff during busy periods.

Responsibilities include following sanitation policies, handling spills promptly, and reporting issues to management to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
• Perform opening, closing and side work
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
• Report any sanitation or janitorial issues to appropriate party
