Responsibilities include setting up serving stations, enforcing food safety standards, and performing routine cleaning tasks to prepare for the next shift and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs dish staff to ensure smooth operations: setup, service and cleanup.
• Sets up catering serving and clearing stations.
• Monitors break room and locker room cleanliness and food safety; cleans as needed.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators; reorganizes area for next shift; handles trash and recycling.
• Steam cleans or hoses garbage cans; maintains interior/exterior trash area; sweeps and mops floors.
• Completes all duties on position checklists; performs cleaning duties as required.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
• Deep cleans kitchen, equipment, break rooms and concessions areas for the next day’s use.
• Warehousing: maintains cleanliness of warehouse, storerooms, coolers; inspects, verifies and receives deliveries; maintains inventory.
• Maintains FIFO system for walk-ins and warehouse; assists with stock layout and requisitions.
