Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support its culinary team in maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen operations. You will wash and unload dishes, stock supplies, and assist with daily housekeeping tasks to help the kitchen run smoothly.

The position emphasizes teamwork, positive service to residents, and adherence to health and safety standards. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required, and a friendly attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
