Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a dedicated dishwashing/kitchen sanitation role at Silver Legacy. You will maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and dining areas to support high-quality service.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, utensil washing, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. The role requires basic reading, teamwork, and adherence to policies, with potential for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a high level of sanitation and safety.
• Knowledge of chemicals and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
• Sweep and mop floors; use floor scrubber.
• Clean worktables, walls, ceilings, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Separate and remove trash in designated containers.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand or in dishwashing machine.
• Scrape and rinse dishes; restock cook’s line with clean dishes.
• Ensure sanitation and safety are always adhered to.
• Notify guests and employees of safety hazards with proper signage.
• Attend chemical safety training classes.
• Exemplify core values and family-style service.
