Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and equipment.
• Sanitize surfaces in kitchen and dining areas.
• Change oil in fryers and maintain inventory of supplies.

Skills

Knowledgeable in steward equipment and chemicals

Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards

Ability to follow instructions

Independent judgment and decision making

Education

Minimum 1 year of janitorial kitchen experience
