Job summary

This Is It! Southern Kitchen & BBQ is seeking staff to maintain a clean kitchen environment, sanitize utensils, stock supplies, and assist with catering orders as needed. The role involves general cleaning tasks, lobby and restroom upkeep, and occasional outdoor/event support in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Applicants should be 18+, with no food or chemical allergies. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and a high school diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No food allergies and no chemical allergies.
• Preferred: High School Diploma; bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and rinse dishes and equipment per health regulations.
• Stock inventory according to par guidelines.
• Fill ice machines as needed.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and tools.
• Assist with food prep as needed (FIFO labeling).
• Lobby maintenance in small locations; restroom maintenance log.
• Parking lot/trash area monitoring; assist with fulfilling catering orders as needed.
