Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service in Seattle is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our culinary team by keeping a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area, washing utensils and equipment, and stocking supplies for service.

The role requires teamwork, familiarity with commercial dishwashing, and the ability to work in a busy kitchen with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. A food safety certificate should be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes by machine or by hand.
• Stock clean dishes and supplies in serving areas and storage.
• Sweep and wash floors and manage trash.
• Assist in light food prep as directed by chefs.
• Support deliveries and communicate with management.
