Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Steward to support back-of-house operations, including dishwashing, deep cleaning the kitchen and equipment, and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. You will stock supplies, handle food and beverage items, and interact with guests in a positive way.

You will follow HACCP procedures, log temperatures, assist opening/closing tasks, and help keep refrigerators, floors and bins clean.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and finish tasks promptly.
• Ability to carry out instructions accurately.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean, safe and pleasant atmosphere is maintained in the kitchen at all times
• Perform opening and closing side work as required
• Maintain store rooms and refrigerators and ensure they are kept clean
• Ensure food safety guidelines and company food quality standards are adhered to
• Complete HACCP logs daily for temperature control
