Hotel Clark is seeking a Kitchen Steward to support daily restaurant and hotel kitchen operations in Los Angeles, CA. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cookware, operate commercial dishwashers, and help maintain an inspection-ready kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or hospitality preferred.
• A California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas and kitchen floors.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and manage waste per hotel procedures.
• Support culinary, stewarding, banquet, and food and beverage teams as directed.
• Communicate supply needs and cleanliness concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
