Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.

• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and reports issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and food safety procedures.
• Ensure security of company assets.
