Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and carry heavy objects as needed.

• Good organizational skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in the preparation and presentation of food.
• Maintain the dishwashing area and ensure cleanliness of dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Prepare food items as requested.
• Portion and plate salads and desserts.
• Assist with cleaning of kitchen, including floors and equipment.
• Set up and run the dishwashing operation, keeping the area clean.
• Clean pots and pans as needed.
• Report problems in the kitchen or dining room to supervisor.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and guests.
