Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen/Support role in San Marcos, TX. This full-time position involves cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, washing dishes, managing trash, and assisting with event setup. No experience is required; training will be provided.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
