Hilton is seeking a dedicated Utility Steward to keep serviceware spotless and support kitchen and events operations. You’ll help deliver memorable hospitality moments by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with banquet setups.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware and utensils, scrub pots and pans.
• Monitor stock levels and organize supplies for seamless service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: mop floors and handle trash removal.
• Support events delivery: set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
