Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Utility Steward in Fort Lauderdale, FL to keep kitchens and dining areas spotless and support event setups. You’ll help maintain supplies, train teammates, and ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.

Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: clean chinaware, silverware, pots, and pans.
• Monitor stock levels; ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness; perform cleaning tasks like mopping and trash removal.
• Support event delivery by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
