Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, IL is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to join a fast-paced kitchen team delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize dishes, and help with basic food prep under the direction of leadership.

This role requires 18+, reliability, and a strong work ethic. The position offers flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe.
• Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed.
• Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef).
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
