Job summary

Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to join a fast-paced kitchen team delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a part-time role, you will operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment, keep dishes and workstations clean, and support the kitchen team with basic prep as needed. Flexible shifts include days, evenings and weekends in a high-volume, hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Rinse and properly load dish racks for efficient washing.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, kitchens, and storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, and take out trash to keep all areas sanitary and safe.
• Change cleaning solutions regularly and maintain proper sanitation standards.
• Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support as needed.
• Follow all kitchen procedures and direction from leadership (Steward, Sous Chef, Executive Chef).
• Support the team with additional duties as assigned.
