Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and inspect dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines and maintain chemical levels.
• Inspect washed items and rewash if necessary to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and kitchen work areas.
• Assist prep team as needed and follow manager directions.
