Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a dependable dishwashing team member in our kitchen. You will wash, rinse, sanitize, and stock dishes and tools, while keeping the area clean and organized. You will assist with deliveries, proper storage, and rotation of products, and help ensure a safe, sanitary environment for customers and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives to work on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales potential through prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follows established procedures including health and sanitation and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment; maintains equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
