HCW Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Steward to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and efficient. You will support the culinary team by maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area and storage spaces, assisting with food storage, and disposing of waste properly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
• Assist with food storage and organization.
• Ensure that garbage and recycling are disposed of properly.
• Support the culinary team with additional tasks as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
