Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Steward to keep our kitchen clean, organized and compliant with safety standards. You will support the culinary team by washing dishes, maintaining equipment, and assisting with storage and waste disposal.

Eligible candidates bring a positive attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience in a kitchen or food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage spaces.
• Assist with food storage and organization.
• Ensure garbage and recycling are disposed of properly.
• Support the culinary team with additional tasks as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support smooth kitchen operation.
