• Operate dishwashing machine and use compartment/industrial sinks.
• Clean assigned kitchens by sweeping and mopping floors, walk-in coolers and freezers.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace bags or liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of working environment and equipment.
