Holbrook Life Management- Woods is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish operation, supporting the entire food and beverage department. You will ensure proper sanitation, assist cooks and service teams, and follow daily cleaning checklists to uphold a professional dining environment for residents.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; previous dish, utility, janitorial, or food service experience is welcomed.
• Ability to follow directions, work quickly, stay organized, and maintain consistent results.
• Ability to safely operate dish equipment and related kitchen tools.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a hot, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for safety and operational needs.

Mansioni

• Operate dish machine, three-compartment sink, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, sanitize, organize, and store dishes, glassware, silverware, and service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, storage, floors, and back-of-house areas.
• Clean coffee, tea, beverage, and service equipment; sanitize machines daily.
• Support proper chemical use, sanitizer concentration, machine temperatures, PPE, and safe handling.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, floor care, spill cleanup, and safe storage of tools.
• Help rotate kitchen items to reduce breakage and loss.
• Assist cooks and service teams with transport, plate-up, stocking, and cleaning as needed.
• Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists with accountability.
• Communicate equipment issues and supply needs to leadership.
• Maintain a positive, resident-first attitude and support a clean operation.
