Responsibilities include dishwashing, basic prep, and maintaining clean, organized areas. Candidates should be reliable, energetic, and able to follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Kitchen experience and basic food knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment is essential.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated.
• Motivated to assist in food preparation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, mop floors, and clean equipment and areas as assigned.
• Assist with small kitchen prep duties when needed.
• Regularly clean refrigerated areas and maintain organization.
• Follow established guidelines and instructions from management.
• Support other kitchen duties during busy periods.
• Maintain a safe, sanitized kitchen by monitoring temperature logs and using proper PPE.
• Operate dishwashers and basic cleaning equipment.
• Remove trash and keep work areas clean.
• Coordinate with Chefs to meet ACW sanitation standards.
• Use Shipday for catering logistics and delivery details.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
