Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time kitchen/dishwasher position at the Southfield location. You will help keep all kitchen areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized to support food prep and service.

No experience? We'll train the right candidate. Flexible hours include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and inclusion in a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
