Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a part-time Kitchen/Facilities role at Lincoln Embassy Suites, 1040 P Street, Lincoln, NE 68508. The candidate will perform general kitchen sanitation, dish handling, and waste management to support kitchen and event teams.

No experience? No problem — training is provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Atrium offers benefits and employee discounts where applicable.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
