1. Proper dish area setup, stocking, cleanup, and teardown procedures.
2. Display proper professional attitude, demeanor, and cooperation toward peers, management, and guests.
3. Handle kitchen supplies and equipment to achieve property food expense guidelines.
4. Other duties as assigned.
