Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Florida seeks a dedicated dishroom associate to clean, transport and store china, glassware and silverware, and to maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas and back dock.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, breaking down machines, dumping trash, cleaning dock and breakdown tables, and assisting teammates as needed. Must communicate in English, be a team player, stand for long periods, and lift at least 50 lbs. This is an on-site position for hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock areas.
• Wash dishware, breakdown dish machine, and store china, glassware, and silverware properly.
• Empty trashcans and clean inside and outside of areas.
• Clean dock area, dumpster, and breakdown tables.
• Clean tile walls and baseboards and perform other duties as assigned.
• Work with team to meet Crescent hospitality standards.
