Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Dishwasher to join our Kitchen team. You will clean, transport, and store china, glassware, and silverware, and keep the dish area tidy.

You should enjoy physical work, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have a flexible schedule for morning or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests.
• Must be willing to 'pitch in' and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Breaking down trays, setting up the dish machine, washing dishware, and sorting and store all clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures.
• Emptying trashcans and washing the inside and outside.
• Thoroughly cleaning the dock area and dumpster.
• Breaking down the dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Cleaning all breakdown tables.
• Cleaning tile walls and baseboards.
• Setting up and breaking down lunch in the employee cafeteria. Maintaining the food area's cleanliness.
