Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking staff to maintain kitchen and dining areas in our communities. You’ll wash, sanitize and store dishes, keep floors and equipment clean, and support dining operations to deliver a restaurant-style experience.

Work with the Director of Culinary Services to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs, attend events, and uphold sanitation standards. Benefits include holidays, PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep floors and equipment clean; assist with kitchen and dining operations.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
• Adhere to quality enhancement standards and food safety practices.
