Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and trash emptied.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with leadership to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events and theme meals.
• Maintain dish machine and sanitary temperatures.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
