Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Hertlin Place is seeking team-oriented individuals to maintain clean dining and kitchen areas and provide exceptional resident experiences. You will work closely with culinary leadership to ensure residents enjoy high-quality dining and dining programs in a supportive environment.

The role emphasizes accurate cleaning, equipment handling, and collaboration with staff to uphold safety and service standards in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean, orderly condition.
• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with the Director of Culinary Services to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Keep kitchen clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
• Wash and store dishes and equipment according to policy and procedures.
• Assist with special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up in kitchen before service.
