Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is looking for a Steward (Kitchen Sanitation) to join our team in Rockford, Illinois. The ideal candidate will maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist in food preparation, and ensure proper sanitation while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include handling all cleaning operations, washing dishes, and maintaining an adequate supply of utensils. Candidates must have one year of progressive experience in the Stewards Department and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
