Responsibilities

Replenishes assigned station with hot and cold foods by transporting prepared food from the kitchen.
Replenishes all nonfood items as needed.
Cleans and stocks supplies such as plates, silverware, pots, pans and utensils.
Lifts bus tubs to bus carts and pushes carts to the Kitchen.
Cleans food serving areas, including counters, utensils and trays.
Maintains sanitation standards per health dept. and stewarding guidelines in all kitchen outlets.
Cleans and sanitizes all china and flatware.
Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment safely.
Stocks supplies (plates, silverware, etc.).
Meets attendance guidelines and adheres to policies.
