Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Council Bluffs is hiring for a kitchen support role responsible for dishwashing, cleaning concession stands, and assisting in banquet events. The team will follow strict health standards and deep cleaning schedules while supporting safety and operations across all F&B areas.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, on-site event setup, and warehouse upkeep. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced casino kitchen

Qualifications

• Must be trained to handle heavy chemicals (degreasers) and use floor machines and kitchen equipment.
• Must be trained in safety aspects of the position.
• Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively for assigned duties.
• Maintain high integrity in all situations and meet regulated standards.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance and follow company appearance standards.
• Adhere to departmental and company policies and safety requirements.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stand for long periods.
• Physical mobility with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move across surfaces incl. stairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish machine and glass washer in the main kitchen.
• Clean and maintain concession stands to meet local Health Department standards.
• Follow deep cleaning schedules for kitchen and F&B areas.
• Assist in preparation, staging and execution of concession and banquet events.
• Assist culinary team in prepping and plating banquet events.
• Clean and maintain F&B warehouse and storage areas.
• Possible offsite event support including driving company truck.
• Support safety and accident prevention plans as directed.
